What it covers
Materials, components and the approved sample checked before the line starts — the cheapest point at which to catch a problem.
Sampling while the run is in progress, so a drifting batch is caught at 20% complete rather than at the port.
AQL sampling against the agreed standard, with quantity, workmanship, function, packing and labelling all verified.
When a batch fails we manage the rework with the factory and re-inspect. You are not left negotiating a defect from another continent.
