Custom & Non-Standard Requests

If it's made
in China,
we'll go get it.

Our six core services cover most of what buyers need. This page is for everything else — because the useful answer to “can you handle this?” is almost always yes, and the honest answer to “how much?” is: tell us and we'll find out.

What it covers

Included
as standard.

01

Products with no category

Religious goods, memorial products, carnival and festival items, specialist trade tools, museum reproductions, hobby equipment — the things no agent lists but somebody in China still makes.

02

One-off and experimental runs

A hundred pieces to test a market, a single prototype, a short seasonal run. Our non-VAT entity lets us buy from the small workshops that will actually accept the order.

03

Rescue jobs

An existing supplier has gone quiet, shipped the wrong goods, or is holding your tooling. We go to the factory in person and deal with it.

04

Anything requiring a person on site

Attending a fair on your behalf, collecting a sample the same day, verifying an address exists, photographing a production line while it runs.

How it runs

Four steps.
No surprises.

1

Ask

Describe it in plain language. No specification needed — a photo or a link is usually enough.

2

Feasibility

Within a business day we say whether it is possible, roughly what it costs, and where in China it is made.

3

Route

We assign whichever specialist is closest to the category, or handle it directly if it fits none.

4

Deliver

Sourced, checked, consolidated and shipped like any other order.

Questions buyers ask

Straight
answers.

Is there anything you won't source?

Yes. We decline counterfeits, brand-infringing goods, restricted and dual-use items, and anything that cannot legally be exported from China or imported into your market. We say no early rather than after you have paid a deposit.

What if you don't know where a product is made?

Then we find out. Locating an unfamiliar product's manufacturing cluster is routine work — it is the same research that built our list of 42 specialist markets.

Is there a minimum order for custom work?

No fixed minimum. Very small orders carry a higher proportional service fee because the effort is the same, and we tell you that before you commit.

you're sourcing.

Name the product group and we'll put the specialist who works only in that category on it. Reply within one business day.
